quiet getaway near the beach

the room was nice and had all amenities needed. i found a shortcut to the beach from the hotel, it only took about five minutes (i didn't stop at 7-eleven though). the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service during breakfast and daily room service.
i noticed the walls had some damage.

charming stay near bangtao beach
spacious room peaceful atmosphere
I stayed in the beautiful double or twin room and found it quite spacious! the gardens surrounding the hotel created a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. i particularly appreciated the short walk to nearby shops and restaurants. It was so convenient.
the mattress in my room was quite firm, and i found it a little uncomfortable. also, the air conditioning, was too strong even on the highest temperature setting. when i turned it off, it got too hot in the room.

The pool area was clean. I noticed that it wasn't very large. there were no broken tiles around the pool. housekeeping maintained the rooms, with daily cleaning services so they were super clean.

while i didn't have breakfast included, i did notice the breakfast cost 250 thb per adult. there were three restaurants located within 100 meters, offering convenient dining options. those restaurants were nice!

the hotel provides a shortcut to the beach, a walk of approximately five minutes. this pathway makes accessing the beach quick. i appreciated the proximity to bangtao muay thai & mma, though i did not train there.

hard mattress bathroom condition
the facility had nice plants creating a picturesque environment.
The room's mattress felt too hard for a comfortable sleep. the bathroom looked aged. Showering caused the entire bathroom to get wet because it lacked a curtain. it was manageable for a short stay, but these aspects affected the overall experience.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful . The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants and souvenir shops. It is also conveniently near the beach. I appreciated that the hotel is close to a rental car and motorbike shop. They even offer pick-up and drop-off service at the hotel.
I noticed the walls could use some repair, showing some signs of wear.

The staff knew my name and consistently. Rooms were cleaned daily, and complimentary fresh water was provided each day, showing attention to guest comfort. Communication was amazing. They were very kind.

I really loved the lush, tropical atmosphere of the resort! the abundance of trees created such a relaxing environment. the laundry service was also very convenient. the villas were cute. Daily housekeeping kept everything super clean.
the room felt quite humid, difficult to keep clothes and other items completely dry.

Breakfast provided a decent start to the day, although adding cereals or yogurt could enhance the selection. The options already available were adequate. i started my day with coffee and toasts.
